Manama, SANA- King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa have congratulated President Ahmad al-Sharaa and the Syrian people on U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to lift economic sanctions on Syria.<\/p>\n
According to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA), King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a congratulatory cable to President Ahmad al-Sharaa, expressing his sincere congratulations to the Syrian leader and the brotherly Syrian people on this occasion. The decision, the king noted, comes as a response to the efforts of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.<\/p>\n
King Hamad praised the move as a positive step toward supporting Syria during this pivotal stage in its modern history.<\/p>\n
