Damascus, SANA- Internal Security Forces in Damascus countryside arrested Sunday a number of Daesh terrorist cells in areas of Western Ghouta.<\/p>\n

They seized various weapons, where they were planning to use to destabilize the region.<\/p>\n

\u201cCommander of internal security in Damascus Countryside Governorate, Brigadier General Hussam al-Tahhan, said that according to accurate information received from General Intelligence Service to Terrorism Branch, noting to the presence of terrorist cells affiliated with Daesh organization, are operating in a number of areas in Western Ghouta\u201d, Interior Ministry posted on its telegram Channel.<\/p>\n

Al-Tahhan went on saying \u201cwe carried out a precise security operation on Sunday, as we arrested a number of terrorist cells, and seized quantities of light, medium and heavy weapons\u201d.<\/p>\n

He added \u201cWe assure our people that we will continue to perform our national duty and work to achieve security and stability\u201d.<\/p>\n
