{"id":359632,"date":"2025-06-16T13:14:12","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T10:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=359632"},"modified":"2025-06-16T13:14:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T10:14:12","slug":"syrian-airlines-confirms-tomorrows-flights-cancels-damascus-dubai-route-due-to-airspace-closure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=359632","title":{"rendered":"Syrian Airlines confirms tomorrow\u2019s Flights, cancels Damascus\u2013Dubai Route due to airspace closure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Damascus, SANA-<\/em>Syrian Airlines is making every effort to maintain the operation of as many flights as possible, depending on available airspace access and operational conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a statement shared on its Telegram channel, the airline confirmed that flights scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, will proceed as planned, including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Damascus\u2013Jeddah\u2013Damascus<\/strong> (<em>Flight 381 outbound, 382 return<\/em>), departing Damascus International Airport at <em>5:00 AM<\/em> and Jeddah at <em>8:30 AM<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damascus\u2013Kuwait\u2013Damascus<\/strong> (<em>Flight 341 outbound, 342 return<\/em>), departing Damascus at <em>5:30 AM<\/em> and Kuwait at <em>8:30 AM<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damascus\u2013Abu Dhabi\u2013Damascus<\/strong> (<em>Flight 503 outbound, 504 return<\/em>), departing Damascus at <em>12:00 PM<\/em> and Abu Dhabi at <em>4:00 PM<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damascus\u2013Sharjah\u2013Damascus<\/strong> (<em>Flight 501 outbound, 502 return<\/em>), departing Damascus at <em>12:00 PM<\/em> and Sharjah at <em>4:00 PM<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damascus\u2013Istanbul\u2013Damascus<\/strong> (<em>Flight 443 outbound, 444 return<\/em>), departing Damascus at <em>2:00 PM<\/em> and Istanbul at <em>5:00 PM<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, due to airspace restrictions, the airline has <strong>canceled the Damascus\u2013Dubai\u2013Damascus flight<\/strong> (<em>Flight 515 outbound, 516 return<\/em>), which had been scheduled to depart Damascus at <em>7:20 AM<\/em> and Dubai at <em>1:00 PM<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Syrian Airlines had previously announced the cancellation of today&#8217;s Damascus\u2013Sharjah\u2013Damascus flights due to airspace closures during scheduled flight times.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Airspace in several regional countries remains closed as <strong>ongoing hostilities between Iran and Israel<\/strong> continue into their <strong>fourth consecutive day.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reem Abdulhameeed\/Manar Salameh<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus, SANA-Syrian Airlines is making every effort to maintain the operation of as many flights as possible, depending on available airspace access and operational conditions.
