Gen. Murhaf Abu Qasra.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019reaching a lasting solution within the framework of the state\u201d is a necessity Jumblatt told Al-Arabi TV Channel in a phone call and called on \u201csome parties in the governorate to stop incitement\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that \u201coutlaw groups in Sweida must hand over weapons to the state\u201d, noting that Israel will not protect anyone but wants to fuel the fighting.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Syrian Defense Minister, Maj. Gen.
