He underscored the importance of the Media Office in each relevant ministry being part of the decision-making process, playing a proactive role in assessing the impact of policies and decisions on the society, assessing gaps, and responding promptly to issues of public concern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minister Al-Mustafa emphasized the need to enhance direct communication with citizens and formulate a national media discourse.
