Damascus Countryside<\/span><\/p>\n The army assumed full control of Mayda\u2019a town and the farms surrounding it in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside, a military source announced Sunday.<\/p>\n The last groups of terrorists were eliminated in the town, and the army units continued hunting down the terrorists who fled the area, killing large numbers of them and injuring many others.<\/p>\n https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=BxPT0ciFMSM<\/p>\n The source said by establishing control over Mayda’a town, the army has thus cut off the terrorists\u2019 last passage from Douma towards al-Dmeir area, which “would be a useful factor to make more gains on the ground until rooting out all the terrorists in the eastern\u00a0countryside of Damascus.<\/p>\n Sweida<\/span><\/p>\n An army unit killed a number of leaders within Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization in a special operation against one of their dens in Jbeib village in the southwestern countryside of Sweida.<\/p>\n Idleb<\/span><\/p>\n Units of the army and armed forces destroyed a convoy of vehicles for the terrorist organizations in the vicinity of Jisr al- Shughour and al-Janoudieh in the countryside of Idleb province, killing scores of terrorists including leaders of terrorist organizations and non-Syrian terrorists.<\/p>\n Other units targeted groups\u00a0of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in Kfar Lata, western Sarmin and M’arzaf in Idleb\u00a0countryside.<\/p>\n Aleppo<\/span><\/p>\n Army units targeted terrorists\u2019 hideouts and concentrations in Khan al-Assal, al-Sukkari, Bani Zaid, Hreitan, Dweir al-Zaitoun, Dann, al-Sheikh Lutfi and near the air force academy in Aleppo and its countryside, killing and inuring scores of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and vehicles.<\/p>\n A military source said that the army also targeted terrorists in Saladin, al-Rashideen, Aleppo\u2019s old city, Hanano and al-Sakhour and killed and injured a number of them and destroyed many of their hideouts and vehicles.<\/p>\n An army unit destroyed a tunnel in Suleiman al-Halabi area, which was used by terrorists to infiltrate into safe zones in Aleppo city and killed all terrorists sheltering in it.<\/p>\n Daraa<\/span><\/p>\n Units of the army\u00a0destroyed several dens of terrorist organizations during concentrated operations in\u00a0the villages of Um al-Awsaj and Kafr Shams in Daraa.\u00a0The operations left many of the terrorists dead or\u00a0injured.<\/p>\n More terrorists were also killed or injured and\u00a0their arms and ammunition were destroyed in Zamrin town in the northwestern countryside of\u00a0Daraa, the source added.<\/p>\n The army units continued firing intensively at\u00a0dens and gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in the villages of\u00a0al-Ghariyeh al-Sharqiyeh, Alma, al-Soura, and al-Hrak to the northeast of Daraa city.<\/p>\n Dozens of terrorists were killed and their arms and equipment were destroyed, including\u00a0vehicles equipped with various types of machineguns.<\/p>\n The army also launched special operations against\u00a0groups of terrorists to the northeast of al-Masri roundabout in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood\u00a0in the city, leaving many dead.<\/p>\n Quneitra<\/span><\/p>\n In countryside of Quneitra province, an army unit\u00a0killed a number of terrorists and injured others in Mas’hara town to the north of\u00a0Tal al-Harra.<\/p>\n Homs<\/span><\/p>\n An army unit carried out late\u00a0Saturday night and early Sunday morning special operations against dens of ISIS terrorists in the\u00a0villages of Um Sahrij, Abu Hawadid, Salam Gharbi, Rajm al-Qasir and the area\u00a0surrounding al-Msheirfeh al-Janoubiyeh, 70 km to the east of Homs city.<\/p>\n A military source affirmed to SANA that the dens\u00a0were directly hit, leaving scores of ISIS terrorists killed and a number of their vehicles\u00a0destroyed with all the ammunition on board.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, ISIS acknowledged on its social media\u00a0pages that a number of its members were killed and seven of its vehicles were destroyed in\u00a0the eastern countryside of Homs.<\/p>\n In al-Houleh area, an army unit targeted hideouts\u00a0for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists containing large amounts of weapons and ammunition\u00a0in Kfar Laha village.
