{"id":39755,"date":"2015-05-09T23:25:22","date_gmt":"2015-05-09T20:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/?p=39755"},"modified":"2015-05-10T09:17:16","modified_gmt":"2015-05-10T06:17:16","slug":"putin-on-great-patriotic-war-day-world-is-witnessing-a-flagrant-violation-of-the-basic-principle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=39755","title":{"rendered":"Putin on Great Patriotic War Day: World is\u00a0witnessing a flagrant violation of the basic principle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moscow, SANA President Vladimir Putin of Russia\u00a0said that the world is witnessing a flagrant\u00a0violation of the basic principles for which the\u00a0humanity has offered sacrifices, and attempts to\u00a0build a global uni-polar system which might\u00a0undermine the world&#8217;s stability.<\/p>\n<p>President Putin, at a military parade in Moscow on\u00a0the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union&#8217;s Victory\u00a0over Nazi Germany during the World War II, added\u00a0that the values of the victory consolidated the\u00a0bases of the global system following the War as\u00a0the UN was established and a new system of the\u00a0international law was founded.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Russia1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-39760 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Russia1-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"RUSSIA-WWII-ANNIVERSARY-HISTORY-DEFENCE\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Russia1-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Russia1.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Earlier on Saturday, the great military parade on the 70th\u00a0anniversary of Victory Day or (9 May) which marks the Soviet Union&#8217;s victory over Nazi Germany in\u00a0the Second World War, also known as (the Great\u00a0Patriotic War), kicked off on Saturday at the Red\u00a0Square in Moscow and 26 other Russian cities with\u00a0participation of 85,000 military personnel.<\/p>\n<p>About 16,000 military personnel, 190 hardware and\u00a0150 warplanes and helicopters will participate in\u00a0the military parade in Moscow, in the presence of\u00a0more than 30 state&#8217;s leaders and representatives.<\/p>\n<p>Various kinds of military hardware participated in\u00a0the parade in Moscow.<\/p>\n<p>About 10,000 soldiers and scores of vehicles,\u00a0military equipment, warplanes and helicopters in\u00a0addition to ships of the Russian fleet in the\u00a0Pacific Ocean took part in the military parade\u00a0which was started at dawn on Saturday from the\u00a0eastern cities of Russia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/russia5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-39761 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/russia5-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"RUSSIA-WWII-ANNIVERSARY-HISTORY-DEFENCE\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/russia5-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/russia5.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Victory Day or 9 May marks the Soviet Union&#8217;s\u00a0victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic\u00a0War. The victory, which ended what is known as the\u00a0Nazism and Fascism phenomena which tried to impose\u00a0their hegemony over the world during the forties\u00a0of the last century, aims to commemorate the 28,000,000 children, parents, spouses and friends\u00a0killed in Soviet Union during the World War II.<\/p>\n<p>H.
