Damascus, SANA The 25th art exhibition dubbed\u00a0Syria Triumphs was opened at the Art Educational Center in Damascus on the sideline of\u00a0the 19th conference of the Arab Teachers Union being held in Damascus.<\/p>\n

The exhibition, organized by the social activities\u00a0and project office of the Teachers Syndicate, includes 250 photos drawn by 100 Syrian\u00a0teachers, in addition to carving metal and oriental art pieces which embody the Syrian\u00a0culture and Arab issues, mainly the Palestinian Cause.<\/p>\n

Participants in the exhibition stressed that the\u00a0exhibition aims at highlighting the Syrian art and culture.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is a message to get the\u00a0participants in teachers conference acquainted with Syria, the country of tolerance, coexistence\u00a0and peace, they added.
\nThe exhibition will last till the end of the week.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Sunday, activities of the 19th general\u00a0conference of the Union of Arab Teachers (UAT) kicked off in Damascus.<\/p>\n

Delegations from 12 Arab countries are taking part\u00a0in the 3-day conference which is set to discuss the main issues and challenges facing Arab\u00a0teachers.<\/p>\n
