Damascus, SANA \u2013 Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi said the Syrian Army will regain control \u00a0over the areas taken by terrorists and it moves according to specific priorities.<\/p>\n
In an interview with the Syrian TV on Wednesday, the Minister said .. the armed terrorist \u00a0organizations failed in Aleppo, Hasaka, al-Sweida and were beaten in all axeses contrary to \u00a0what is promoted to by some channels such as al-Jazeera and al-Arabia because the Syrians \u00a0have stood by the side of the army and taken up weapons to prove that they are part of this \u00a0battle despite all attempts of giving it a sectarian characteristic.<\/p>\n
He pointed out to a qualitative change that has taken place since a month, a reference to \u00a0the enrollment of thousands of male and female youths in the Armed Forces and the national \u00a0Defense in all provinces, causing a great defect in the terrorists\u2019 calculations betting on \u00a0the fear of people.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe brave army personnel and residents of Aleppo will not allow the city to become a \u00a0breeding ground for terrorists\u2026 Erdogan along with his government and terrorism will fall,\u201d \u00a0al-Zoubi stressed.<\/p>\n
On the role of the UN Envoy to Syria, the Minister said that the Syrian government has been open to this role, it listens to him and it has provided many ideas in this regard, as its \u00a0stance has been positive regarding all \u00a0international efforts, pointing out that talks are \u00a0focusing today on finding a political solution in Syria, which has also been focused on in Geneva Communique of June 30, 2012.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe political solution is irreplaceable but ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra and al-Fateh Army as \u00a0terrorist organizations have no solution but the military one,\u201d he clarified.<\/p>\n
On what is called transitional governing body, the Minister stressed that Syria is a member \u00a0state in the United Nation and rejects all international resolutions that harms its sovereignty, a sovereignty that is based on the Constitution, which talks about the right of political parties\u00a0of reaching power and participating in it through polls.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe understand a transitional governing body as a national government where all powers participate and lead a sweeping political and national change that could reach everything including amending the Constitution,\u201d al-Zoubi said.<\/p>\n
He added that the Syrian state is ready to be in Moscow 3 Conference on the basis of \u00a0preliminary political dialogues, adding \u201cWe have no premature reservations over discussing any idea, and we are open to discuss anything on the basis of the Syrian national interest but not that of the Saudi or Turkish regimes, where the problem with the others lies.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Information Minister stressed the firmness of Syria\u2019s allies\u2019 support until reaching a \u00a0political solution and eliminating terrorism, adding that relations with Russia and Iran are axiomatic.<\/p>\n
