Provinces, SANA \u2013 Units of the army and armed forces continued thwarting terrorist organizations\u2019 attempts to undermine the resilience of the Syrian people across the country, killing and injuring large numbers of their members.<\/p>\n
Daraa<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n A military source said Sunday that\u00a0the army established full control over Tal al-\u00a0Sheikh Hussein in the northeastern countryside\u00a0of the southern province of Daraa.<\/p>\n The source told SANA that an army unit carried out\u00a0intensified operations against Jabhat al- Nusra\u00a0and other terrorist organizations in Tal al-Sheikh Hussein, completely destroying their gatherings.<\/p>\n Dozens of terrorists were killed and injured,\u00a0while scores of them fled towards the villages of\u00a0Um Walad and al-Kark al-Sharqi due to the army\u00a0blows, leaving their army and ammunition behind,\u00a0according to the source.<\/p>\n An army unit eliminated two terrorist groups at Jordan Street and Tulabiya Roundabout, and destroyed their armored vehicle at Daraa Balad neighborhood in the southern city of Daraa.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, four terrorist factions of the so called “Al-Mo’taz Brigade” escape from Naima town, and a terrorist group from “Displaced Camp” after a big number of them were killed in clashes among themselves at granaries and its surrounding in the southern city of Daraa and its countryside.<\/p>\n In Daraa city, an army unit killed 30 terrorists of the so called “Horan Martyrs Squads” and destroyed three of their vehicles equipped with machinguns, two rocket launch pads at the vicinity of Daraa city’s electricity establishment.<\/p>\n Sweida<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n In the neighboring province of Sweida, an army unit established control over Sheikh Hussein Hill at the southwestern side of Al-Tha’la airport in the countryside of southern province of Sweida, killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their weapons.<\/p>\n Elsewhere, at the northeastern countryside of the southern province, units of the army and armed forces thwarted attempts by ISIS terrorists to infiltrate towards Tal Buthaina from Kharbet Saad side, killed a number of them, and destroyed a mortar launcher.<\/p>\n Another army unit killed, in an ambush, all members of A terrorist group from Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “SIS”, which was moving in two cars from Tal Sa’ab towards Tal Buthaina in the northeastern countryside of the southern Sweida Province.<\/p>\n Quneitra<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Army units carried out intensive strikes against terrorists\u2019 supply-lines in Jubata al-Khashab, Tarnja and the area surrounding Tal Ahmar in the northeast countryside of Quneitra.<\/p>\n A number of terrorists were killed and their ammo and weaponry were destroyed in the strikes.<\/p>\n Later, a military source said that army units repelled an attempted attack by terrorists on Quneitra city from the direction of Jubata al-Khashab and Tarnja, killing many terrorists in the process.<\/p>\n Hama<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In the central province of Hama, an army unit\u00a0killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in precise blows against their hideouts and\u00a0positions in Qastoun and al-Hawieje villages in the northwesterly countryside of the province.<\/p>\n Homs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n An army unit targeted hideouts of ISIS terrorist organization in Rajm al-Qasr, al-Rajm al-Ali, Abu Jreis, 70 km east of Homs al-Sharqi, leaving a number of terrorists dead and others injured, a military source told SANA.<\/p>\n Another army unit killed Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists, the so called “Failaq Homs” and “al-Farouq battalions” and destroyed amounts of arms and ammunitions that were in their possession in concentrated strikes on their dens and gatherings in al-Za’afaraneh , 13 north of Homs city.<\/p>\n Hasaka<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n An Army unit, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, have made new progress in chasing ISIS members at the eastern entrance of Hasaka city, inflicting heavy losses on them.<\/p>\n Idleb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n An army\u00a0unit carried out direct blows against the terrorist organizations’ hideouts and positions in\u00a0Janet Al-Qura, Ain Al-Hamra in the southwestern countryside of northern Idleb\u00a0province.<\/p>\n The source added that army’s bombardments resulted\u00a0in the killing of a large number of the so-called Jaish al-Fateh terrorists and the\u00a0destruction of their weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n Aleppo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Units of army and the armed forces destroyed dens and vehicles of Takfiri terrorist organizations in Aleppo.<\/p>\n Continued military operations against dens of terrorist organizations targeted al-Owaija area, Azaz city, al-Tamoura village, al-Shawaiya hill, Fafin town in the northern countryside of Aleppo, killing a number of terrorists, injuring others and destroying arms, ammunition and vehicles equipped with various machine guns, a military source told SANA.<\/p>\n Another unit of army killed a number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations and injured others in a special operation during which arms, ammunition and vehicles were destroyed to the west of al-Nairab airport in the south eastern countryside of Aleppo.<\/p>\n 40 kilometers to the east of Aleppo, a number of ISIS terrorists were killed and their vehicles were destroyed in a series of operations carried out by the army against their movements and gatherings in the surroundings of the Air Force Academy.<\/p>\n In Aleppo city, the military source said that units of army carried out intensive operations against terrorists’ hideouts killing a number of terrorists in al-Zebdiya and Hanano neighborhoods and destroying their arms and ammunition.<\/p>\n Lattakia<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Army units killed numbers of\u00a0terrorists including foreigners in Jabal Zahia and ketef al-Rumman in the northern countryside of\u00a0Lattakia province.<\/p>\n Units of army and armed forces\u00a0destroyed a depot for explosive devices, mortar\u00a0shells, Tao rockets, and a vehicle equipped with a\u00a0machine gun and another armored for
