Ankara, SANA Turkish former Foreign Minister, Yasar Yak\u0131s\u00a0rejected the policies of Erdogan’s\u00a0regime against Syria, saying Ankara has no right\u00a0to interfere in the internal affairs of Syria or\u00a0launching any aggression against it under whatever\u00a0pretexts and justifications.<\/p>\n
In an interview with “Samanyolu TV” channel on\u00a0Saturday,Yak\u0131s pointed out that only the Syrian\u00a0people are to decide their own destiny and\u00a0everybody should cooperate with Damascus to end\u00a0the crisis in Syria.<\/p>\n
He expressed concern over relation between Turkish\u00a0government and armed terrorist organizations in\u00a0Syria, noting that this relation threatens\u00a0Turkey’s international relations.<\/p>\n
For his part, Deputy Chairman of the Republican\u00a0People’s Party Osman Ozjalik urged the Turkish\u00a0government to abandon its hostile polices against\u00a0Syria.<\/p>\n
There is no logical justification to the military\u00a0intervention in Syria, Ozjalik told the channel.<\/p>\n
“We repeatedly warned the government that\u00a0relations with terrorist groups will create a lot\u00a0of problems to Turkey, but it did not listen” he\u00a0elaborated, adding that everybody in the world is\u00a0talking now about the support provided by Justice\u00a0and development government to terrorist groups, as\u00a0we are talking now about its vague relations with\u00a0Qatar and Saudi Arabia”.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, in a joint statement, leaders of 59\u00a0civil and unionist organizations in the city of\u00a0Diyar Baker, southeast Turkey, condemned the\u00a0threats of Erdogan’s regime and the government of\u00a0the Justice and development on launching a\u00a0military aggression on Syria, calling upon Turkish\u00a0people to face those policies.
