Provinces, SANA- Units of the army and the armed forces on Sunday continued to tighten the noose around Takfiri terrorist organizations across the country, launching wide-scale military operations against their dens and positions in different provinces and inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n
Damascus Countryside<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Army units, in cooperation with\u00a0the Lebanese resistance, establish full control over al-Jamiyat neighborhood to the west\u00a0of al-Zabadani city in Damascus Countryside and al-Sultaneh neighborhood in its eastern part, a military source told SANA Sunday.<\/p>\n Local sources in al-Zabadani said 11 non-Syrian terrorists were killed and dozens of gas- cylinder bombs and raw materials used to make explosive devices were destroyed in the city.<\/p>\n The army air force also destroyed\u00a0an\u00a0armored vehicle and a machinegun-equipped pickup car belonging to terrorists in al-Zabadani.<\/p>\n The army targeted terrorists’ hideouts in the town of Ein Tarma and Jobar area in the Eastern Ghouta, resulting in destroying a mortar launcher and a workshop for manufacturing rocket shells, leaving many terrorists dead in the process.<\/p>\n Also in Jobar area, an army unit targeted terrorist hideouts east of al-Manasher roundabout and east of al-Dabaghat (tanneries) area, killing 11 terrorists, injuring 28, and destroying their weapons and ammo.<\/p>\n Daraa<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n An army unit carried out precise operations against positions of the Takfiri terrorist organizations in the surrounding of schools areas in the northern part of al-Nazihin Camp, in al-Nakhla farms and to the west of al-Yarmouk suburb in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in the southern Daraa province.<\/p>\n A number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in the operations and one of their vehicles was destroyed with all the arms and ammunition onboard.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, an army unit killed scores of the Takfiri terrorists near the police station of al-Yadoda town in the northwestern countryside of the province.<\/p>\n Another army unit killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their ammo and weapons during intensive operations on their dens and gatherings in al-Gariyeh al-Garbiyeh in the northeast countryside of the province.<\/p>\n Quneitra\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n In the northern countryside of the neighboring Quneitra province, an army unit carried out special operations, killing dozens of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations.<\/p>\n A number of terrorists were killed in the operations and others were injured and a number of their vehicles,which were equipped with various types of machineguns, were destroyed in Jebbata al-Khashab in the northern countryside of the province.<\/p>\n An army unit targeted gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and their movements in Breika village to the south of Quneitra city.<\/p>\n Many of the terrorists\u2019 vehicles were destroyed and a number of them were killed or injured during the operations.<\/p>\n Sweida<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n An army unit clashed with ISIS\u00a0terrorists who attacked Tal Bouthaina from the direction of Tal Saad in the northeastern\u00a0countryside of the southern Sweida province.<\/p>\n A number of terrorists were\u00a0killed and others were injured in the clashes, while amounts of arms and various types\u00a0of ammunition in the terrorists’ possession were destroyed.<\/p>\n The army air force destroyed hideouts of ISIS terrorists in Tal Ashhib al-Janoubi in the countryside of the\u00a0province.<\/p>\n Aleppo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The army carried out intensive operations targeting hideouts and concentrations of terrorists affiliated with Jabhat al-Nusra in the villages of Kafr Dael and al-Mansoura and around the Scientific Research Center in the western countryside of Aleppo province, leaving many terrorists dead or injured.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA that army units destroyed terrorists’ vehicles and their supply lines with the Turkish side in a series of special operations in Kafr Hamra village and Aazaz city in the province’s northern countryside.<\/p>\n In Aleppo’s western countryside, army units eliminated scores of terrorists and destroyed several of their vehicles and gatherings in Khawabi al-Asal, Anjara, and al-Atareb areas.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the army killed and injured a number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and destroyed machinegun-equipped vehicles in the neighborhoods of al-Kastello, al-Rashidin, al-Layramoun, Old Aleppo and al-Kallasa in Aleppo city.<\/p>\n Terrorist organizations’ social networking pages acknowledged the death of a number of their members in Aleppo province, including Mohammad Ahmad Saeed, Mohammad Yehea Hammash, Obada Abu Laith, Jamal Hajji, Kamal al-Mustafa, and Abu Bassam Mustafa al-Baqi.<\/p>\n Hasaka<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The Army Air Force destroyed dens and vehicles for ISIS terrorists in al-Nashwa al-Gharbiya, the surroundings of the youth residential compound and near al-Jahiziya buildings in Hasaka.<\/p>\n According to SANA reporter, the ISIS terrorists detonated a car bomb near power station in Hasaka city, casualties and damages reported.<\/p>\n Homs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In central Syria, an army unit repelled a group of terrorists who tried to infiltrate from the outskirts of Haql al-Shaer area towards the nearby oil fields in the countryside of Homs province.<\/p>\n A number of the terrorists were killed, while others were injured.<\/p>\n Another army unit killed terrorists while they were planting explosive devices in al-Maqsam area in the direction of al-Baiyarat in Palmyra in the eastern countryside of the province.<\/p>\n Another infiltration attempt by ISIS terrorists from the villages of Rahoum and Onq al-Hawa towards Maksar al-Hisan village in eastern Homs was foiled by the army.<\/p>\n In the Northern countryside of Homs, an army unit destroyed vehicles of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists during operations against their gatherings in al-Rastan al-Fouqani neighborhood.<\/p>\n Movements of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the surroundings of Jabourin village were targeted, with many of them getting killed.<\/p>\n The\u00a0Army air force killed a number of ISIS members and destroyed their vehicles in the areas surrounding al-Shaer oil field and Jazal wells in the eastern countryside of Homs.<\/p>\n Idleb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n A military source told SANA that the Air Force targeted concentrations and movements of Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in the villages of Kafr Ouaid, Kansafra, and Jazareen west and southwest of Ma’aret al-Nu’man town in Idleb countryside, killing and injuring many terrorists and destroying their vehicles.<\/p>\n The Air Force also destroyed hideouts and vehicles of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Ter’a and al-Majas villages and Abu al-Duhour town southeast of Idleb city, in addition to targeting terrorist hideouts in the village of Beshlamoun in Jisr al-Shughour area, destroying vehicles equipped with machinegun.<\/p>\n The army air force also destroyed a number of ISIS vehicles in Halouba, Madaya, Rakaya Sajna and Tarmala in Idleb countryside<\/p>\n Hama<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Army kills 27 terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra, destroys 11 vehicles in Hama<\/span><\/p>\n Army units destroyed Sunday night hideouts and gatherings of the terrorists of the so called “Jaish Al-Fateh”, and killed a score of terrorists in al-Hwija and Jisr Bait al-Ras villages in the north-western countryside of Hama Province.<\/p>\n Field sources told SANA that army operations resulted in killing 27 terrorists of “Jaish al-Fateh, and destroying 11 of their vehicles equipped with different types of machineguns.<\/p>\n Earlier Sunday, Army’s Air Force carried out a series of airstrikes targeting gatherings and concentrations of Terrorists in Hama province.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA that the Air Force destroyed gatherings and vehicles of “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists, killing many of them in the villages of al-Sharia, al-Arima, al-Huweiz, and al-Huwaija.<\/p>\n Air strikes also resulted in eliminating many terrorists and destroying their vehicles, weapons, and ammo in al-Latamneh village in the province’s northern countryside.<\/p>\n The Air Force also destroyed gatherings
