Social Affairs Dr. Kinda al-Shammat discussed\u00a0on Thursday with representatives of the\u00a0International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)\u00a0and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) the best\u00a0ways to deliver humanitarian relief aid to Idleb\u00a0city, particularly to al-Foah and Kifraya, two\u00a0towns in Idleb province besieged by terrorist\u00a0organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Haidar affirmed that the meeting aims to discuss a\u00a0mechanism to deliver aid to people in need in\u00a0Idleb, particularly in al-Foah and Kifraya towns\u00a0which are under an unjust blockade imposed by\u00a0armed terrorist organizations, pointing out that\u00a0the government is doing its best to deliver aid to\u00a0all Syrians in all Syrian lands.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/al-Shammat-and-Haidar-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50023\" are\u00a0preventing the arrival of aid to these towns,\u00a0calling on the international community to carry\u00a0out its responsibilities to handle this file and\u00a0find a quick and urgent solutions to deliver aid.<\/p>\n<p>For her part, Deputy Head of the ICRC mission\u00a0Beatrice Oxley said that ICRC is working on\u00a0delivering aid and distributing it to all Syrians\u00a0through been\u00a0blockaded by armed terrorist organizations since\u00a0last April, with a population of 40 thousand<br \/>\nsubjected to continuous terrorist attacks with\u00a0mortar and rocket shells which
