{"id":51192,"date":"2015-08-11T13:33:13","date_gmt":"2015-08-11T10:33:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sana.sy\/en\/?p=51192"},"modified":"2015-08-12T14:15:10","modified_gmt":"2015-08-12T11:15:10","slug":"syria-iraq-discuss-security-coordination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=51192","title":{"rendered":"Syria, Iraq discuss security coordination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Baghdad, SANA Iraqi Interior Minister Mohammed\u00a0Salem al-Ghabban discussed with Syria&#8217;s Ambassador in Baghdad Sattam Jadaan al-Dandah\u00a0means of developing bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, particularly\u00a0enhancing security coordination.<\/p>\n<p>The Iraqi Interior Ministry said in a statement\u00a0that it was agreed during the meeting on the need of activating the joint understandings\u00a0between Syria and Iraq in light of the standing challenges and on exchanging information.<\/p>\n<p>Both sides discussed the importance of regional\u00a0cooperation in combating terrorism.<\/p>\n<p>The Syrian Ambassador stressed that the meeting\u00a0came in the framework of continued consultation between Syria and Iraq on all levels.<br \/>\nHe noted in a statement to SANA correspondent that\u00a0opening wide prospects for coordination between Syria and Iraq is no longer a technical\u00a0need imposed by the necessity of joint confrontation of terrorism, but it has become an\u00a0Iraqi popular demand to come to eliminating the terrorist gangs as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>H.
