Damascus Countryside<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Army units achieved new progress in Eastern Ghoutta, inflicting heavy losses upon terrorist organizations.<\/p>\n Field sources told SANA that army units achieved new progress in the south, southeast and west parts of Marj al-Sultan Military Airport after destroying an armored vehicle and many other vehicles for Jabhat al-Nusra, killing many terrorists, among them were Fahd Sarhan, Anas Daher, Salim al-Rashash, Tawfik Sabha, Mohamed al-Nisrin and Radwan al-Nisrin.<\/p>\n In Douma, an army unit carried out accurate operations against positions of the so-called \u201cJaish al-Islam\u201d, destroying two vehicles and killing of Mahmoud Naim Abad al-Hak, Mahmoud Ghazawi, Hasan Kadora and Anwar Turki.<\/p>\n The army also destroyed 3 vehicles and dens of \u201cJaish al-Islam\u201d in the eastern orchards of Saqba town on the road which links it with Hamoria village in addition to the killing of Abad al-Nassir Taha, Imad Darbakhani and Fathi Massa.<\/p>\n Many terrorists were killed, among them Mofak Abbas, Yousef al-Alwan, Mahir Touma, Mohamed al-Fawal and Khaled al-Hasan in Hazza village to the east of Ayn Tarma town.<\/p>\n \n Daraa<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n An army unit destroyed positions for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in an intensive operation on their hideouts in the eastern neighborhood of Busra al-Sham city, 40km east of Daraa city, a military source told SANA on Monday.<\/p>\n Another army unit targeted the terrorists’ gatherings in Atman town, 4 km north of Daraa city, killing a number of terrorist and destroying many hideouts with all arms and ammunition inside.<\/p>\n Another number of terrorists were killed in a army unit operation on their dens to west of al-Bajabjeh neighborhood and al-Hrak al-Qadeem in Daraa al-Balad.<\/p>\n An army unit killed members of the so called Hawran Brigade, injured many others and destroyed their vehicles with all weapons and ammo inside them in Jisr al-Ghariat in the eastern countryside of Daraa.<\/p>\n Army units clashed with terrorists who infiltrated from al-Kark and Um Walad in the northeast countryside of Darra towards al-Aslahyia village west of Sweida.<\/p>\n Many terrorists were killed and their ammos were destroyed in the clashes.<\/p>\n \n \n \n Aleppo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n al-Sheikh Ahmad village under army control<\/span><\/p>\n A military source said army units in cooperation with popular defense groups established control over al-Sheikh Ahmad village in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.<\/p>\n Army operations destroyed fortifications, headquarters of terrorists and a number of vehicles, arms and ammunition equipped with machine guns.<\/p>\n Engineering units combed Sheikh Ahmad village and dismantled explosive devices planted earlier by terrorists before being killed or fleeing to the nearby villages.<\/p>\n Idleb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 24 terrorists killed<\/span><\/p>\n Army units carried out a special operation against terrorists\u2019 sites in Maaret al-Numan area to the south of Idleb city.<\/p>\n The operation caused the killing of at least 7 of terrorists, including Mustafa al-Mandil one of Jabhat al-Nusra leaders and the terrorist Jamal<\/span> Sharawi.<\/p>\n The sources said that 17 terrorists were killed and 10 others were injured during army\u2019s special operation against positions of the so called \u201cJund al-Aqsa\u201d in Sarqib area in the southeast countryside of Idleb.<\/p>\n Hama<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Six terrorists killed<\/span><\/p>\n An army unit launched concentrated strikes against dens of the so called \u201cJund al-Aqsa\u201d in Kafr Zita area in the northern countryside of Hama.<\/p>\n At least 6 terrorists were killed during the strikes, including Mohamed al-Harami.<\/p>\n Jund al-Aqsa is a terrorist Takfiri organization which is affiliated to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and includes hundreds of foreign mercenaries.<\/p>\n Homs\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The army killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists after striking their dens in Tir Ma’ala and Mahin villages in Homs northern countryside.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, field sources told SANA that units from the army advanced on al-Bayarat-Palmyra road after striking ISIS terrorists.<\/p>\n Dir Ezzor<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Army units which protect Dir Ezzor airport confronted an attack by ISIS terrorists and destroyed vehicles equipped with machineguns.<\/p>\n \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Provinces, SANA-The army continued crackdown on the positions of terrorists in several areas across the country, inflicting heavy losses on them in personnel and equipment.
