Deir Ezzor<\/span><\/p>\n

The Army units clashed with terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and\u00a0 Syria (ISIS) who were trying to attack many residential neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor\u00a0 city and its military airport, field sources said Saturday.<\/span><\/p>\n

The army inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and equipment,\u00a0 destroying a number of vehicles and equipment and killing and injuring much of the\u00a0 terrorists, while the others escaped, according to the source.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aleppo<\/span><\/p>\n

The army air force targeted the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorists’ sites and in the villages of Akolah and al-Sawamea area, Rasem al-Abed, Deir Hafer and to the east of Balat in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province.<\/span><\/p>\n

A military source told SANA Saturday that the army inflicted heavy losses upon the extremist organization in personnel and equipment in addition to destroying the terrorists\u2019 machinegun-equipped vehicles, killing all terrorists onboard.<\/span><\/p>\n

The source added that another army unit destroyed ISIS terrorists\u2019 gatherings and mortar and rocket \u2013launch pad in Balat villages and its surroundings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other army units destroyed the terrorist organizations\u2019 hideouts, killing terrorists inside, and destroying weapons and ammunition in the neighborhoods of al-Sheikh Said, al-Sheikh Lutfi, Salah Eddin and Bustan al-Bacha in the city of Aleppo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, field sources said that an army unit destroyed Jabhat al-Nusra and Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement sites in the surroundings of al-Morouj private school to the north of Anadan town in the northern countryside of the province.<\/span><\/p>\n

An army unit targeted terrorist organizations\u2019 hideouts at the surroundings of Tal Dadin in the southern countryside of the province, killing and injuring 11 terrorists.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the southern countryside of Aleppo, the army, backed by the air force, inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment on terrorists in the towns and villages of Khan Touman, Khalsa, Kherbet Maarata and Qarasi.<\/p>\n

The army air force carried out sorties against the concentrations and fortifications of terrorists in al-Atareb town, destroying amounts of weapons and ammunitions.
\nIn Aleppo northern countryside, air strikes against terrorist organizations’ sites and positions resulted in the destruction of several vehicles and dens in Hayyan and Tal al-Jabin towns.<\/p>\n

The Takfiri terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media websites the killing of the so-called leader of Ahmad Assaf Battalion at Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement Abdel-Muaen Ahmad Hag Hamdan, nicknamed Abu Abdullah al-Sharae and terrorists Abdul-Rahman Suleiman Awad and Mohammad Hussein al-Hardan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Idleb\/Hama<\/span><\/p>\n

Several sites for terrorist organizations, including ISIS and Jaish al-Fatah, in the neighboring provinces of Hama and Idleb were targeted by the\u00a0army’s air force.<\/p>\n

In the northern countryside of Hama, the airstrikes hit terrorists’ positions in al-Latamneh and Maarakba.<\/p>\n

Sites and vehicles for ISIS terrorists were destroyed in army airstrikes in Eidoun village in the southeastern countryside of the province. the army also killed a number of terrorists after targeting their hideouts in a number of area in al-Salamyeh.<\/p>\n

The army in cooperation with national defense groups established control over the area called Hill 1112 near al-Sirmanyeh in Hama north-western countryside.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, field sources told SANA that two vehicles were destroyed and five terrorists were killed in a special army operation that targeted their gatherings in al-Sayyad village in Kafr Zita area to the north of Hama city, killing 5 terrorists and destroying two of their vehicles.<\/p>\n

The army units fired intensively on headquarters and an operations room for the terrorist organizations on the fronts of Maan and Tal Bzam, destroying an ammunition depot and killing 30 terrorists, mostly from “Ahrar al-Sham Movement”, according to the sources.<\/p>\n

The terrorists Khaled al-Barazi, Ali al-Farra, Ibrahim Arnous, Badr Eddin al-Bash, Abdul-Rahman Maatouq and Khalil Mahmoud were identified among the dead.<\/p>\n

Positions for terrorists from “Jund al-Aqsa” in al-Zalaqiat and al-Masasneh were targeted by the army artillery. The terrorists Mohammad al-Khalil, Ahmad Hisham Mubarak and Ali Mohssen al-Faraj were killed.<\/p>\n

Later in the day, the Syrian army launched airstrikes against ISIS positions in Qleib al-Thawr, Salba and Jurouh west of Salamiyya city. Armored vehicles and vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns were destroyed.<\/p>\n

In the countryside of Idleb province, the army’s air force carried out a series of sorties targeting Jaish al-Fatah positions in al-Tamana’a. A number of vehicles and centers with ammunition and weapons inside were destroyed.<\/p>\n

The army’s air force launched airstrikes on positions and fortified sites for ISIS in the surroundings of al-Qaryatain city, 85 km to the southeast of Homs city.<\/p>\n

The military source confirmed to SANA that the positions targeted were destroyed, with several ISIS terrorists getting killed and their vehicles destroyed.<\/p>\n

In the northern countryside, dens for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were destroyed during army operations against their positions in Teir Maaleh and north of al-Houla dam.<\/p>\n

Terrorist also suffered heavy losses in weapons and personnel during army’s strikes against their sites in Minar al-Rmeilieh, al-Jabal al-Sharqi and the quarries and farmlands areas west of Tadmur (Palmyra).<\/p>\n

Daraa<\/span><\/p>\n

Army units targeted terrorists\u2019 hideouts in Daraa al-Balad, al-Yarmouk suburb and al-Manshyeh in Daraa, killing scores of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions.<\/p>\n
