Damascus, SANA \u2013 Health Minister Nizar Yazigi discussed on Monday with China\u2019s Ambassador in Damascus Wang Kejian means to enhance cooperation in health sector between Syria and China.<\/p>\n
The minister affirmed the ministry\u2019s interest in activating cooperation with China to guarantee developing the level of health services which are provided to citizens in all areas and meeting the needs of health establishments.<\/p>\n
He pointed out that health sector in Syria is working under exceptional circumstances due to the terrorist war waged against it, hailing China\u2019s support for Syria, mainly during the current period.<\/p>\n
For his part, Kejian said that his country is seeking to provide Syria with humanitarian aid which includes medicines and health equipment to alleviate the Syrians’ suffering during the crisis, adding that China is seeking to prevent any external interference in Syria and working to find a political solution for the crisis.<\/p>\n
