Provinces, SANA- The Syrian Arab Army continued its\u00a0operations against terrorists across Syria on Friday, targeting positions of ISIS and other terror organizations in Daraa, Aleppo, and Homs provinces.<\/p>\n
Daraa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Army units targeted a terrorist group, killing a number of it members and injured others in the\u00a0vicinity of al-Sekak buildings to the northeast of Atman town in the northern countryside of Daraa province, a\u00a0military source told SANA.<\/p>\n A mortar launcher and a position for the terrorist organizations were destroyed in the army intensive operations\u00a0against their hideouts in Atman town, 40 km north of Daraa city.<\/p>\n Later in the day, army units destroyed a position for terrorist organizations in Daraa al-Mahatta and killed a number of terrorists and injured others in al-Nazeheen Camp as they destroyed a mortar launcher in al-Arbaeen neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad.<\/p>\n Aleppo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Army and Armed Forces units carried out operations against ISIS gatherings and movements in Tal Msibin village and Azaz town in the northern countryside of Aleppo province and in al-Bab city to the northeast of Aleppo city.<\/p>\n The operations resulted in destroying a number of ISIS gatherings and dens and killing many of its members, a military source told SANA.<\/p>\n Another army unit directed concentrated strikes against fortified positions and hideouts of terrorist organizations in Darit Ezza city to the west of Aleppo city, destroying terrorists’ positions and weaponry there.<\/p>\n South of Aleppo city, an army unit inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment upon terrorists in al-Zarba town.<\/p>\n The army also killed many terrorists and injured others after targeting their gatherings in Khan al-Assal village at the southwestern outskirts of Aleppo city.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, army units assisted by popular defense groups launched a series of precision operations against ISIS sites and gatherings in Deir Hafir city, killing many terrorists and destroying their weapons and vehicles.<\/p>\n In Aleppo city itself, army operations continued in a number of the neighborhoods, destroying terrorists’ positions in the Youth Housing, al-Miassar, al-Ramosa, al-Amyria, Salah al-Dien, Bustan al-Basha, Bani Zaid, and al-Lairamon areas.<\/p>\n Homs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Syrian Air Force carried out sorties targeting positions and movements of ISIS terrorists, destroying a convoy of their vehicles in al-Sawana al-Sharkia village southwest of Palmyra (Tadmur) in Homs province’s eastern countryside, a military source told SANA.<\/p>\n The source said that an army unit destroyed hideouts and vehicles for ISIS in Tuloul al-Soud area near al-Qaryatain city 85 km southeast of Homs city.<\/p>\n The army also targeted ISIS positions in the surroundings of al-Shaer field, destroying a number of their vehicles along with the weapons and munitions on board.<\/p>\n In Homs’ northern countryside, army units inflicted losses in personnel and equipment on terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra in al-Dar al-Kabira and al-Zaafarana in Talbisa area north of Homs city.<\/p>\n English Bulletin<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Provinces, SANA- The Syrian Arab Army continued its\u00a0operations against terrorists across Syria on Friday, targeting positions of ISIS and other terror organizations in Daraa, Aleppo, and Homs provinces.
