{"id":76032,"date":"2016-04-30T18:49:06","date_gmt":"2016-04-30T15:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sana.sy\/en\/?p=76032"},"modified":"2016-04-30T19:10:18","modified_gmt":"2016-04-30T16:10:18","slug":"crash-of-russian-mi-28n-helicopter-in-homs-due-to-pilot-error-investigation-committee-says","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/en\/?p=76032","title":{"rendered":"Crash of Russian Mi-28N helicopter in Homs due to pilot error, investigation committee says"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moscow, SANA &#8211; The committee investigating the crash of the Russian MI-28N helicopter in Homs countryside earlier this month suggested that the crash was due to human error.<\/p>\n<p>RT website quoted a source at the committee as saying on Saturday that analysis of the two black boxes of the helicopter confirmed the committee&#8217;s preliminary conclusion that the helicopter crashed not because of a technical failure but due to pilot error, explaining that both pilots made an error while flying at night over a rugged area with no clear features, causing the helicopter to hit the ground and their death.<\/p>\n<p>The source added the helicopter&#8217;s crew, in their last flight prior to the crash, had not informed of any technical problems or that the helicopter was being shot at.<\/p>\n<p>The Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Russian Aerospace confirmed earlier that the crash of MI-28N helicopter in Syria on April 12 was due to an error during flight.<\/p>\n<p>Qabas\/ H.
