Homs, SANA- 12 people were killed and 40 others were injured on Thursday in twin terrorist attacks that hit Homs eastern countryside, according to Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi.<\/p>\n

Initial information referred to the death of six people and injury of 28 others.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, Al-Barazi told SANA that terrorists blew up a car and a motorcycle in al-Mukhraam al-Fouqani town in the eastern countryside of Homs province.<\/p>\n

He added that the number of martyrs may rise as some of the injured are in critical situation, noting that the bombing scene is a crowded hub for school students and employees.<\/p>\n

SANA reporter in Homs said that huge material damage was also caused to houses and shops in the targeted area.<\/p>\n

Terrorist groups affiliated to ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organizations fortify in a number of villages that administratively belong to al-Mukhraam area and target safe villages with shells and bombs that claim lives of innocent people.<\/p>\n
