Tartous, SANA- Tartous Governor Safwan Abu Saadi signed on Thursday with China\u2019s Ambassador in Damascus Wang Kejian two protocols whereby the Chinese embassy grants the governorate agricultural materials and humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n
According to these protocols, the Chinese Embassy grants vegetable seeds to about 1,100 farms and a number of wheelchairs for the wounded persons, people with disabilities and those affected by the terrorist bombings which took place in Tartous province recently.<\/p>\n
For his part, Tartous governor thanked China for its continuous support to Syrians in facing terrorism.<\/p>\n
For his part, China\u2019s ambassador said that assistance in productive projects has a long-term benefit and helps to ensure a better future for the people, expressing his appreciation and respect for the people of Tartous who have embraced arrivals from other provinces who left their areas due to terrorist acts.<\/p>\n
Following the signing ceremony, the Chinese ambassador visited a number of archaeological and tourist sites in the city of Tartous and al-Dreikish city where amounts of vegetable seeds were distributed to some farmers in the area.<\/p>\n
