Moscow, SANA- Russia rejected as”baseless” all\u00a0doubts about the declared goals of the\u00a0humanitarian operation led by the Russian and\u00a0Syrian forces in Aleppo last Thursday.<\/p>\n
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned in a\u00a0statement on Friday that the US dubious statements\u00a0regarding the declared goals of the humanitarian\u00a0operation in Aleppo came in the framework of a new\u00a0attempt for playing a political game rather than\u00a0helping end the humanitarian issues.<\/p>\n
“Our American partners, due to their own stagnancy\u00a0and suspiciousness toward Russia, are beginning to\u00a0attribute some nonexistent designs to us. We are\u00a0pursuing the ends that have been declared -not\u00a0more but not less,” Ryabkov said.<\/p>\n
For his part, Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov\u00a0said that there no reasons for doubting the\u00a0humanitarian goals of the humanitarian operation\u00a0in Aleppo.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey\u00a0Shoygu stressed that the Syrian and Russian forces\u00a0launched a wide-scale humanitarian operation in\u00a0Aleppo to ensure the safety of the inhabitants of\u00a0the eastern neighborhood of the city.<\/p>\n
Earlier, the Syrian Army General Command, using\u00a0mobile messages to citizens, specified safe\u00a0corridors for the citizens in the eastern\u00a0neighborhoods of the city to go out of them and\u00a0makeshift centers for those who desire to go out\u00a0of the city, calling on the gunmen to lay down\u00a0their weapons in order to have their situations\u00a0settled.<\/p>\n
