Damascus, SANA – Firas Bahlawan won the Republic Gymnastics Championship which wrapped up on Tuesday at al-Faihaa Sport City in Damascus with the participation of 9 teams.<\/p>\n
In men’s competitions, Bahlawan, who represented al-Muhafaza Club, was followed by Ali Abbas from Tartous who won the second place, ahead of Milaz al-Hassan from Daraa who came third.<\/p>\n
In youths’ competitions, Mohammad Khalil from al-Shorta Club was ranked first place, followed by his fellow club member Yimen Sulaiman. The third place went to Yazan Khatkiyeh from Lattakia.<\/p>\n
In junior competitions, Hassan Qarheili from Lattakia won the first place, followed by Joud Shahadeh fron al-Jaish Club. Marseil Raya from Tartous came third.<\/p>\n
In junior women’s competitions, Cyrine Ghanem from Tartous won the first place. The second place went to Leen Takriti and the third place to Areej Khayat, both from al-Shorta Club.<\/p>\n
