Lattakia, SANA The number of breaches of the\u00a0cessation of hostilities agreement rose to 1031\u00a0after 7 new breaches were observed in the past 24\u00a0hours, including 6 in Damascus and 1 in Lattakia.<\/p>\n
According to the Hmeimim-based Russian center\u00a0monitoring the agreement, which came into effect\u00a0on February 27, the terrorists of the so-called\u00a0Jaish al- Islam attacked with mortar shells the\u00a0towns of Jisrin, Hawsh Dawarah, Harasta, al-Qaboun and Jobar neighborhood in Damascus\u00a0Countryside and the Syrian Army positions in\u00a0Douma, while the terrorists of the so- called\u00a0Qafqaz shelled the town of al-Zwiqat in\u00a0Lattakia.<\/p>\n
It pointed out that Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS\u00a0terrorists continue attempts to foil the cessation\u00a0of hostilities agreement, as they targeted in the\u00a0past 24 hours with rocket and mortar shells al-Howaiz village and the neighborhoods of al-Ansar\u00a0and al-Lairamoun, the southern farms, Gas Factory\u00a0and al-Castello in Aleppo.<\/p>\n
The statement added that the terrorists targeted a\u00a0number of towns in Damascus countryside, including\u00a0Zamalka, Hawsh Nasri, Harasta, Erbin, Hawsh al-Fara, Hawsh Kharabo and al-Hamrat town in Lattakia\u00a0and Jibbin and al-Zalaqiyat military post in Hama.<\/p>\n
It added that one area in Homs has joined the\u00a0agreement, raising the number of the town and\u00a0areas which have joined the agreement to 439,\u00a0while the number of the armed terrorist groups\u00a0which showed commitment to the agreement remained

The cessation of hostilities agreement is not\u00a0applicable to ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra or other\u00a0groups designated internationally as terrorist\u00a0organizations.<\/p>\n
