Lattakia, SANA- The number of breaches of the\u00a0cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria by the\u00a0terrorist groups has reached 1186 since the\u00a0agreement came into force on February 27th.<\/p>\n
The Hmeimim-based Russian Coordination Center\u00a0monitoring the agreement said in a statement on\u00a0Friday that over the past 24 hours, terrorists of\u00a0the so-called “Jaish al-Islam” attacked with\u00a0mortar shells and rocket launchers a number of\u00a0towns in Damascus Countryside while terrorists of\u00a0the so-called “Ahrar al-Sham” shelled Kinsabba\u00a0town in the northern countryside of Lattakia\u00a0province.<\/p>\n
The Center added that six new towns in Lattakia\u00a0and Homs provinces joined the agreement as the\u00a0total number of the towns which have joined the\u00a0agreement reached 592.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, terrorists of the ISIS and\u00a0Jabhat al-Nusra attacked with mortar and rocket\u00a0shells the neighborhood of al-Ansari, the project\u00a0of 1070 apartments, the military academy and al-Castillo commercial center in Aleppo, in addition\u00a0to shelling a number of towns in Damascus\u00a0countryside and the villages of Ma’ardes and\u00a0Kawkab in Hama.<\/p>\n
The cessation of hostilities agreement doesn’t\u00a0include ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra or other groups\u00a0designated as terrorist organizations by the UN\u00a0Security Council.<\/p>\n
