Moscow, SANA – The Hmeimim-based Russian center\u00a0coordinating calm regime in Syria announced\u00a0Tuesday that two jets of the US-led coalition launched raids on
\nHassadjek village in Afrin area, north of Syria,\u00a0leaving civilian casualties.<\/p>\n
According to information handed over to the\u00a0Russian Center by the local council of the Syrian\u00a0city of Afrin, the village of Hassadjek suffered an air attack in\u00a0which six people died and four more were injured,\u00a0the center said in a statement published by the Russian Defense\u00a0Ministry website.<\/p>\n
The raid was reported to have taken place at 03:00\u00a0am on October 18th. Two residential buildings were\u00a0destroyed as a result of it.<\/p>\n
The statement stressed that neither Russian nor\u00a0Syrian air forces were carrying out any missions\u00a0in the area.<\/p>\n
The Russian Defense Ministry said that Russian\u00a0data recorders detected two Belgian F-16 fighter\u00a0jets operating in the area within the specified time.<\/p>\n
Russian and Syrian air forces halted airstrikes in\u00a0Aleppo at 10:00 am (local time) on Tuesday for a\u00a048-hour humanitarian pause.<\/p>\n
On July 19th, French warplanes of the US-led\u00a0coalition struck Tukhan al-Kubra village north of\u00a0Manbej city in northern Aleppo, committing a “bloody massacre” in
\nwhich at least 120 civilians were killed.<\/p>\n
Later, the coalition warplanes committed another\u00a0massacre in al-Ghandora village near Manbej,\u00a0claiming the lives of 45 civilians, including 7 children, and injuring
\n50 others.<\/p>\n
