Damascus, SANA- Activities of Aleppo, Capital of\u00a0Syrian Cinema for 2016 Festivity will be kicked\u00a0off next Tuesday at al-Shahba Hotel in Aleppo.<\/p>\n
The festivity, which will last to 30th of\u00a0November, is organized by the Ministries of
\nCulture and Tourism.<\/p>\n
The festivity aims at supporting Aleppo city’s\u00a0steadfastness and restores its glory. The
\nFestivity which includes a number of activities,\u00a0will coincide with opening film book, magazines\u00a0and publications, issued by the Ministry of\u00a0Culture and the Cinema Establishment, Fair<\/p>\n
A number of films will be screened during the\u00a0event.<\/p>\n
At the beginning of 2016, the Ministry of Culture\u00a0approved the convening of culture capitals in the\u00a0Syrian Provinces, naming Damascus as capital of\u00a0Music, Aleppo as capital of Cinema, Homs as\u00a0capital of Story, Hama as capital of Plastic Art,\u00a0Tartous as capital of Poetry, Daraa as capital of\u00a0Arabic Calligraphy, Lattakia as capital of Novel,,
\nQuneitra as capital of Literature of Resistance,\u00a0Damascus Countryside as capital of Sculpture and\u00a0Hasaka will be the capital of Literary Criticism.
