Damascus, SANA \u2013 A delegation from the Workers’ House organization of Iran visited on Saturday injured personnel of the Syrian army at Martyr Yusuf al-Azma Hospital in Mezzeh area in Damascus.<\/p>\n
\u200e\u200eThe Workers’ House is the Iranian de facto national trade union center affiliated with the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU). It oversees and coordinates activities of Islamic Labor Councils.<\/p>\n
In a statement to SANA, the Secretary General of the Workers’ House Alireza Mahjoub, who is member of the Iranian Shura Council, said the visit aims at conveying a message of love and solidarity from the people and leadership of Iran to the Syrian people.<\/p>\n
The message is also one of appreciation of the sacrifices made by the Syrian people in defense of their country against the terrorists.<\/p>\n
Afterwards, the delegation members organized a blood donation drive at the Blood Bank in Mezzeh in expression of their loyalty to the Syrian Arab Army.<\/p>\n
