Provinces, SANA \u2013 Army and Armed Forces units carried out special operations targeting sites and gatherings for ISIS in the area surrounding Deir Ezzor Airport and al-Jafra village and in the villages of al-Husseinieh, al-Bghilieh, al-Bo Omar, al-Abd, Hawijet al-Mriaia and al-Tharda Mountain, according to SANA’s reporter.<\/p>\n
The reporter said that as a result of the army’s operations, a number of terrorists were killed, others were injured, and a number of their sites and one heavy machinegun were destroyed.<\/p>\n
The reporter added that army units engaged in heavy clashes with ISIS terrorists in al-Rashdia neighborhood and Cinema Fouad Street, killing many terrorists, injuring many others, and destroying a car bomb rigged with big amounts of highly explosive materials before arriving at one of the military posts.<\/p>\n
