\nconsultations are underway to overcome the\u00a0obstacles being put by Turkey in the way of\u00a0reaching positive outcomes.<\/p>\n
The source told SANA delegate that the meetings\u00a0witnessed stubbornness by the Turkish side to put\u00a0expressions and terms out of the context of Astana\u00a0meeting and its basis which is enhancing the\u00a0cessation of hostilities agreement.<\/p>\n
The source pointed out that the planned meeting\u00a0among Russia, Iran and Turkey in the presence of\u00a0the UN Special Envoy to Syria Staffan De Mistura\u00a0is expected to tackle the final agreement on the\u00a0final statement regarding enhancing the cessation
\nof hostilities and a specific mechanism for\u00a0monitoring the implementation of this agreement.<\/p>\n
The informal consultations of the Syrian, Russian\u00a0and Iranian delegations are continued as there is\u00a0a common will by those delegations to come out\u00a0with positive outcomes despite the obstacles\u00a0raised by the Turkish side.<\/p>\n
