{"id":173978,"date":"2021-03-25T10:36:55","date_gmt":"2021-03-25T08:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/107.6.182.27\/es\/?p=173978"},"modified":"2021-03-25T12:42:46","modified_gmt":"2021-03-25T10:42:46","slug":"presidente-al-assad-promulgo-la-nueva-ley-sobre-estado-civil-de-personas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.sana.sy\/es\/?p=173978","title":{"rendered":"Presidente Al-Assad promulg\u00f3 la nueva Ley sobre Estado Civil de Personas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Damasco, SANA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente Bashar Al-Assad, emiti\u00f3 hoy la Ley N\u00b0 13 de 2021 que contiene la nueva Ley sobre Estado Civil de Personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nueva legislaci\u00f3n reemplaza la Ley de Estado Civil promulgada por el Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 26 de 2007 y sus enmiendas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asamblea del Pueblo (parlamento) aprob\u00f3 el d\u00eda 2 del mes en curso la referida ley que consta de 79 art\u00edculos que tratan sobre disposiciones relacionadas con la inscripci\u00f3n en el registro civil, los nacimientos, matrimonios, divorcios, defunciones, correcci\u00f3n de registros de estado civil, c\u00e9dulas personales y familiares, impuestos, multas y sanciones, adem\u00e1s de una serie de disposiciones transitorias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ministro del Interior hab\u00eda comentado que la nueva ley ayuda al ministerio a ampliar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios y lleva a poner fin a la falsificaci\u00f3n y manipulaci\u00f3n de datos civiles porque el trabajo del funcionario de acuerdo con la nueva ley es automatizado por completo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">fm\/ed<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Damasco, SANA El presidente Bashar Al-Assad, emiti\u00f3 hoy la Ley N\u00b0 13 de 2021 que contiene la nueva Ley sobre Estado Civil de Personas.
