Provinces, SANA \u2013 Dozens of terrorists were killed and others were injured on Thursday during military operations carried out against their gatherings and dens in several areas around the country.<\/p>\n
Army units, aided by the national defense forces, started entering Helfaya town in the countryside of the central province of Hama<\/span>, and are currently sweeping the town.<\/p>\n Army units targeted dens and\u00a0gatherings of terrorists in Mourik and Kfar Zaita\u00a0in Hama countryside, eliminating many of them, in\u00a0addition to destroying their weapons caches.<\/p>\n Units of armed forces targeted and destroyed barricaded positions of terrorists affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization in Joubar, Ein Tarma and the surrounding of al-Dekhaniyeh in Damascus Countryside<\/span>, killing large numbers of the terrorists.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA that the army units killed and injured scores of terrorists in al-Doukhaniyeh neighborhood, and that other army units eliminated all members of an armed terrorist group who were affiliated to the so-called \u201cIslamic Brigade\u201d including Mazen al-Na\u2019al, one of their leaders.<\/p>\n In Joubar, army units killed and injured many terrorists, in addition to destroying their equipment. Among the dead terrorists were Suleiman al-Mdawar, Mohammad al-Hanash and Ibrahim Halbouni.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, another army unit stormed a terrorists\u2019 den in al-Shayfouniyeh farms in Doma area, killing a number of terrorists, including Yusuf Hamada and Jalal Muhheideen.<\/p>\n In the southern countryside of Damascus, army units targeted terrorists\u2019 dens and gatherings in Bait Tema and Khan al-Sheeh farms, killing and inujring scores of terrorists.<\/p>\n In Idleb<\/span>, army units killed scores of terrorists and destroyed their equipment in Nahliyeh, the surrounding of Jabal al-Arba’een, Shnan, Maaret al-Numan and Harbanoush in the countryside of the province.<\/p>\n In the same context, a military source told SANA that army units killed and injured a number of terrorists, and destroyed the vehicles they were using in the areas of Breikat Beer al-Ajam, Um Batina , Mashara, Rueihina, al-Swaisa, Ain al-Tina and Mumtana in the countryside of Homs<\/span> central\u00a0province. Moreover, the army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings\u00a0and hideouts in al-Bargouthiyeh, between the\u00a0southern and northern villages of al-Shindakhiyeh,\u00a0near al-Sultaniyeh and al-Fao Shawish in the\u00a0countryside, killing a number of them and injuring\u00a0others.<\/p>\n A military\u00a0source told SANA reporter that an army unit\u00a0ambushed terrorists to the west of al-Zara\u00a0village, destroying a number of their boats in al-Rastan lake which were loaded with ammunition, in\u00a0addition to killing a number of terrorists in Um\u00a0Sharshouh and al-Hilalia.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, SANA reporter quoted the people in al-Rastan city as saying that more than 4000\u00a0citizens took to the streets on Wednesday to\u00a0condemn the armed terrorist organizations’ acts,\u00a0calling on the terrorists to leave the city.<\/p>\n Army units killed and injured a number of terrorists, and destroyed the vehicles they were using in the areas of Breikat Beer al-Ajam, Um Batina , Mashara, Rueihina, al-Swaisa, Ein al-Tina and Mumtanna in the countryside of Quneitra<\/span> southern province.<\/p>\n Terrorists’ gatherings in the areas of Majdoulia, Deir Makir, Khirbat al-Sultanieh, al-Tihina, and al-Hija were also targeted. The operations resulted in killing and injuring dozens of terrorists.<\/p>\n Other army units targeted terrorists’ hideouts in the towns and villages of Kafr Shams, Akraba, Tal Mahs and Mas’hara, Um al-Awsaj,\u00a0Nabi’a al-Sakhr and al-Tiyha, leaving many of the terrorists dead and wounded, in addition to destroying the weapons and vehicles they were using.<\/p>\n In Daraa<\/span>, an army unit destroyed a warehouse for storing explosive devices on al-Najih-Kiratah crossroads in Mahajjeh, in the\u00a0countryside.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA reporter that the army units killed a number of terrorists and injured others in addition to destroying their hideouts, vehicles to the west of\u00a0 Atman, to the north of al- Ghezlan farm, surrounding al -Akhdar Mosque, the railways buildings, Haman in Allajat area, Kafer Nasej, to the north of Tal al-Allakiyeh, Jadal Tour area, al-Madajen to the north of Tal al-Mal,\u00a0 near Kharab al-Shameh, Jasem and Nawa villages and on Kitah-Salmin crossroads in the\u00a0countryside of the province.<\/p>\n The army units also targeted terrorists’ hideouts in Boser al-Harir\u00a0 town, surrounding Tal Bazak, Kroum Jebeh and to the south of al-Samadaniyeh al- Sharkiyeh, killing a number of them and wounding others in addition to destroying a number of their vehicles near the southern reservoir of Inkhel.<\/p>\n In Daraa al-Balad, an army unit destroyed a den for the terrorists’ leaders\u00a0\u00a0 to the west of the old Masaken of Sajneh\u00a0 al-Qadima in al-Manshiyeh neighborhood, killing and injuring a number of them.<\/p>\n Other army units destroy a number of trucks which terrorists were using in al-Ajami area. All terrorists aboard the trucks were killed or injured.<\/p>\n In the northern countryside of Lattakia\u00a0<\/span>province, army units killed many terrorists and injured others in military operations carried out against their gatherings in the villages of al-Durra, al-Rehania, Burj Zahi and al-Kouz Mountain.<\/p>\n Five large vehicles and a car equipped with a heavy machinegun were destroyed in the operations.<\/p>\n Units of the armed forces\u00a0killed scores of terrorists affiliated to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist\u00a0organization in al-Haweiqa and al-Rushdiyeh\u00a0neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor city.<\/p>\n A source in the province told SANA that another\u00a0army unit stormed dens of terrorists in Mohassan\u00a0and al-Boulil villages in the eastern countryside\u00a0of the province, killing and injuring large\u00a0numbers of them, in addition to destroying their\u00a0vehicles.<\/p>\n Units of the armed forces carried out operations targeting the dens and gatherings of terrorists in several towns, villages, and neighborhoods in Aleppo and its countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA that the army units\u00a0targeted gatherings of terrorists in Anadan, al-\u00a0Jaboul, Balat, Fafeen, Babis, Akhtareen, al-Mansoura, Kfar Naha, Khan al-Assal, Kfar Hamra, al-\u00a0Layramoun and the area surrounding al-Kindi\u00a0Hospital, killing and injuring scores of them.<\/p>\n The source added that other army units killed and\u00a0injured many terrorists and destroyed their\u00a0vehicles in the Old Aleppo and the neighborhoods\u00a0of al-Sheikh Maqsoud, Hananou, al-Enzarat and al-\u00a0Rashedden in Aleppo city.<\/p>\n Army units also targeted gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the areas of Hreitan, Mare’a, Kafr Naha, and Jeb Ali in Aleppo, inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n An army unit targeted a den for Janhat al-Nusra terrorists in Qabtan al-Jabal to the northwestern of Aleppo, killing and injuring all terrorists inside it.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Provinces, SANA \u2013 Dozens of terrorists were killed and others were injured on Thursday during military operations carried out against their gatherings and dens in several areas around the country.
