Col. Ramon Zagala told reporters, \u201cAll Filipinos are safe.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe U.N. mission, known as UNDOF, has 1,223 troops from six countries: Fiji, India, Ireland, Nepal, Netherlands and the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>R.
