Provinces, (SANA) The army continued Monday crackdown on terrorist groups through large-scale operations against their dens and hideouts in several provinces.<\/p>\n
Army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in al-Jandoul, Mare’, Tal Qarah, Hreitan, Handarat, al-Mansoura, Khan al-Asal, Rasem al-Abboud, Jdeideh, Kweiris and Hanano in Aleppo, killing many of the terrorists and injuring others.<\/p>\n
Army units also targeted terrorists in Tal Rifaat, Hayyan, Daret Ezza, Tal Jabin, Babis, the industrial city, al-Lairamoun, al-Mislmiyeh, Dahret Abed Rabbo, al-Sheikh Said, al-Rashidin, al-Zahra, Qadi Askar, Karem Myassar, al-Marjeh, Bustan al-Qaser and Bustan al-Basha.<\/p>\n
In Daraa, a military source told SANA that army units killed and injured a number of terrorists in Tal Ahmar Sharqi and to the south east of Etman town, al-Kasarah area on Zemrin-Samlin crossroads and al-Bagabijeh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad.<\/p>\n
The army units also destroyed a van with all the terrorists inside it in al-Dawayeh al-Kabira village in the western countryside of Daraa.<\/p>\n
The army units targeted terrorists’ cars convoy near al-Karek village and destroyed a number of cars with all the terrorists inside them. A car equipped with heavy machinegun in Etman village was also destroyed.
\nOther units targeted terrorist gatherings and hideouts between Tal Mahid and al-Hejje and near al-Hejje dam, eliminating many terrorists, injuring others, and destroying their equipment.
\nThe army units targeted armed terrorist groups in al-Hamadeen neighborhood in Daraa and in Busra al-Sham in the countryside, killing and injuring scores of them.
\nArmy units targeted armed terrorist groups in al-Ameriyeh, Ein Hussein, in Talbiseh, in Homs countryside, killing and injuring a number of their members.
\nAnother army unit killed and injured all members of an armed terrorist group in the southern entrance of Taldao village.
\nUnits of the armed forces targeted terrorists’ dens and gatherings in al-Rastan, Mass’ada and Rahoum villages in the eastern countryside of Homs, killing and injuring scores of terrorists, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.
\nThe army units carried out operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Damascus Countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.
\nSANA reporter said that the army units killed and injured several terrorists in Mleiha farms, in addition to destroying two cars loaded with weapons and ammunition.
\nSaid Lakeh, Maher al-Masri and Hassan al-Afandi were identified among the dead terrorists.
\nA military source told SANA that the Army seized a 300-meter length tunnel in Harasta, Damascus countryside while hunting armed terrorist groups there. The tunnel is equipped with lights, cameras and there were many explosives inside.<\/p>\n
