Provinces, (SANA)<\/span> Army units repelled Thursday terrorists and destroyed their weapons, ammunition and hideouts in several provinces.<\/p>\n

An army unit foiled an attempt by an armed terrorist group to attack al-Saan area in the eastern countryside of Hama<\/span>, killing and injuring a number of its members.<\/p>\n

In another context, the engineering units dismantled 4 explosive devices planted by terrorists in the surrounding of Kafr Qadah village.<\/p>\n

A unit of the armed forces repelled members of a terrorist group affiliated to the so-called the Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham as they were trying to steal amounts of wheat in Biarat al-Dwa, 25 km to the west of Palmyra city in the countryside of Homs<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Another army unit killed and injured a number of terrorists and destroyed several of their vehicles, in addition to seizing a car with a heavy machine gun mounted on it and an amount of ammunition, communication devices and car registration plates.<\/p>\n

A military source told SANA that army units killed many terrorists and injured others in the neighborhoods of Hanano, Maaret al-Artiq, Bani Zaid, Bustan al-Qaser and al-Kallasa in Aleppo<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The source added that army units also targeted terrorists’ dens in Tal Jabin, al-Hader, Abtin, al-Mallah, al-Kastello, Handarat, Andan, Mare’, al-Tamoura, al-Atareb, Azaz, Babis and al-Shweihneh, inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n

An army unit found during combing the area of al-Nabe al-Mor in north Lattakia<\/span> mortar launchers, a big number of shells, explosives, materials prepared for manufacturing explosives and amounts of medicine and medical equipment, a military source told SANA.<\/p>\n

Other army units killed and injured terrorists as they targeted their gatherings in the surrounding of al-Bahlouliyeh and al-Haffeh in the countryside.<\/p>\n

Army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Qarfaya, the surrounding area of al-Arbaen Mountain, Kafar Najed, Kafar Latta and Bakfaloun in Idleb<\/span>, killing many terrorists and injuring others, a source at the province said.<\/p>\n

An army unit repelled an armed terrorist group that tried to attack checkpoints in the city of Binnesh in the countryside of Idleb, killing a number of its members and wounding others.<\/p>\n

Army units also targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Daraa<\/span> and its countryside, leaving them killed and wounded and destroying their criminal tools.<\/p>\n
