Provinces, (SANA)<\/span> The Syrian Arab Army continued on Sunday its operations against armed terrorist groups in several areas across Syria’s provinces, eliminating and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their vehicles and equipment.<\/p>\n

In Aleppo<\/span> province, army units carried out operations targeting terrorist gatherings and hideouts in Aleppo Old City and in Samiriye, Deir Jamal, Hreitan, Bianoun, Sheikh Saeed, al-Atareb, Indan, Kafr Hamra, al-Gondol, al-Halk, and al-Zibdiye in Aleppo countryside.<\/p>\n

The operations resulted in the death of a number of terrorists and destroying their vehicles, some of which were equipped with machine guns.<\/p>\n

In Damascus Countryside<\/span>, the army units killed and injured scores of terrorists affiliated to “Jabhet al-Nusra” in the areas of al-Mleiha and Kifr Tirma, terrorists Yaser Bakkoura, Bilal al-Biqa’i and Abdul-Rahman Bakkar were identified among the dead.<\/p>\n

SANA reporter quoted sources as saying that the army units clashed with terrorists in the areas of Douma and Joubar and killed a number of them, among them were Akram al-Nabki and Ahmad Saad.<\/p>\n

Terrorists’ hideouts affiliated to the “Islamic Front” were destroyed in Adra Workers City and a number of terrorists were killed or injured.
\nMeanwhile, the army clashed with terrorists near al-Zabadani and Khan Sheikhoun and killed scores of them, many of them were of non-Syrian nationalities. Lebanese terrorist Ayham Maarabouni along with terrorists Mohammad al-Kalti, Mohammad Othman and Hassan al-Masri were identified among the dead.
\nA field source said the army continued pursuing terrorists in the areas near to Rankous town, which was liberated by the army earlier, and killed large numbers of “Jabhet al-Nusra” terrorists.
\nThe source added that the operations are still undergoing in Sibna and Ein Durra near Rankous.<\/p>\n

An army unit has aborted an attempt of terrorists to sneak towards a military point from al-Ghizlan farm in Atman town in Daraa countryside<\/span>, killing several of its members and wounding others.<\/p>\n

A military source told SANA that army units pummeled terrorist gatherings near al-Hajar and in al-Kassara areas in the town, and in the vicinity of al-Darkhawi Mosque in Eb area in Daraa countryside, killing numbers of terrorists.<\/p>\n

The army targeted terrorists’ gatherings in many areas in Daraa al-Balad, killing and injuring scores of terrorists.<\/p>\n

In Hasaka<\/span> province, an army unit has killed terrorists and wounded others as they pounded their hideouts in Tal Satih and Tal Hamis in Qamishli countryside, also destroying their weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n

In Homs<\/span> countryside, army units targeted terrorist gatherings near Kharab al-Waer bridge, the farms of al-Waer, Oum Sharshouh, al-Naqab farm, Hurbinafseh, al-Saen, and near al-Jazl oil field in Palmyra countryside.<\/p>\n

Several terrorists were killed, others were injured, and their equipment was destroyed during these operations.<\/p>\n

In Hama<\/span> northern countryside, army units killed numbers of terrorists and wounded others in the towns of Atshana, Ub al-Khazna and Kafr Zita.<\/p>\n

The armed terrorist groups carried out operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Idleb countryside,<\/span> inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n

An army unit has razed a den for terrorists in Maaret al-Nou’man in Idleb countryside and killed numbers of terrorists, a military source said.<\/p>\n

A military source told SANA that the army units destroyed a terrorists’ den near Armanaz town, in addition to destroying 4 vehicles equipped with heavy machine guns.<\/p>\n

The source added that other army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings near Sarmeen town, killing and injuring scores of them, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n

The army units also eliminated a number of terrorists in Arba’een mountain, Kfar Lata, Kfar Najd and to the west of Ein Sheeb in Idleb countryside.<\/p>\n
