The army units carried out a series of operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Damascus<\/span> Countryside<\/span>, inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n SANA field reporter said that the army units destroyed a terrorists’ den in Mayda’a farms in the eastern Gouta, killing many terrorists, including Nawaf Salman Mohammad from Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n Other army units eliminated a large number of terrorists in al-Nashabiyeh farms, including Ziad Adloni and Mahmoud Dalati.<\/p>\n In Saqba town, the army units killed and injured many terrorists, in addition to destroying their equipment.<\/p>\n Among the dead terrorists were Hassan al-Hindawi, Nezar al-Aldoni and Hassan al-Safsafi.<\/p>\n Another army units killed many terrorists in Douma, including Marouf al-Mardini and Khalid al-Da’as.<\/p>\n In the same context, the army units pursued terrorists in Harasta and killed one of them.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the army unist killed and injured many terrorists in Daraya and Joubar neighborhoods.<\/p>\n In the northern countryside of Damascus, the army units destroyed a terrorists’ den along with the weapon and ammunition inside it in the area surrounding al-Rhaybeh town, inflicting heavy losses upon them.<\/p>\n Army units targeted a gathering of terrorists in Sa’sa’ area, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA that the army units restored security and stability to Zgharo village and tightened control over Zgharo mountain in Lattakia<\/span> countryside, killing and injuring scores of terrorists.<\/p>\n A field commander told SANA that the army units controlled Zgharo mountain, a strategic site in Rabi’a area 30 Km to the northeast of Lattakia city, through a special operation.<\/p>\n He pointed out that controlling this strategy hill which is 406 m high will cut off supply routes to terrorists in Rabi’a, in addition to impose fire power control over terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Ghmam, al-Zweik, Deir Hana, al-Qasab, Khan al-Jouz, al-Noubeh mountain and Salma villages.<\/p>\n The commander added that this achievement will prevent terrorists from sneaking to al-Bahloliyeh village and secure army’s control over Aleppo-Lattakia road in Kow’ al-Skoun village.<\/p>\n An army unit foiled terrorists’ infiltration attempt towards safe areas in al-Ashrafiyeh in Aleppo<\/span> city, killing many of its members and injuring others, a military source told SANA.<\/p>\n Army units also killed many terrorists, injured others and destroyed their weapons in Hanano, al-Shaqif, al-Artiq, Handarat, the industrial city, Tal Jabin and Kafar Hamra, the source added.<\/p>\n Other army units also targeted terrorists’ gatherings and dens in Babees, al-Jandoul, Sayfat, al-Enzarat, Kafar Saghir, Bab al-Hadid, Bustan al-Basha, al-Lairamoun, Bani Zaid, al-Hader, Khan al-Asal and Maaret al-Artiq in Aleppo and its countryside.<\/p>\n In Idleb<\/span>, units of the armed forces repelled an attack by an armed terrorist group on a military post in al-Hamidiyeh in the countryside, leaving its members dead and wounded.<\/p>\n Ibrahim Dgheim, leader of the so-called “Sukour al-Ma’areh Brigade”, was identified among the dead, in addition to Ahmad Bassam al-Qadour, Mustafa Adnan al-Ibrahim, Abdul-Rahman al-Bakour and Ahmad Moussa Barakat.<\/p>\n Other army units carried out operations against “Jabhat Thowar Saraqeb” terrorists , destroying heavy machinegun-equipped vehicles and a fuel tank in the surrounding area of Saraqeb city in the province. Many terrorists were killed and others were injured including Miqdad Barish, the group’s leader.<\/p>\n A military source told SANA that army units killed a number of the so-called Ahrar al-Zawiya terrorists, injured others and destroyed a number of their vehicles near the villages of Hileh and Erra al-Janoubi in al-Rouj plain in Idleb countryside.<\/p>\n The leader of one of the armed terrorist groups Gha’ib al-Sakhouri was identified among the dead.<\/p>\n The source added that army units killed and injured a number of the so-called Sukour al-Sham terrorists in the villages of Martin, Ein Shib in Idleb countryside. The leader of one of the terrorist groups Ramadan Diyab was identified among the dead.<\/p>\n Army units killed and injured scores of terrorists in Hajj Hamoud Farm, Haloul, Ein al-Sawda, Dweir al-Akrad, al-Zaiadiyeh, al-Mqbleh, Tal Karima, Bakfaloun, al-Nayrab, Qmainas, Tal Salmo, al-Boaiti, Koreen and Kfar Rouma in Idleb countryside<\/span>.<\/p>\n Other\u00a0units foiled terrorists’ attempt to sneak to al-Baitar farm in Atman town in Daraa<\/span> al-Balad, killing and injuring many of them.<\/p>\n The army also destroyed a terrorists’ den in al-Jeza town, killing and injuring a number of terrorists, including non-Syrian in Daraa countryside. Other\u00a0units stormed terrorists’ gatherings in al-Wardat village in al-Ljat area, killing and injuring many of them, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n The army also eliminated many terrorists in Tal al-Thuraya, east of the town of Enkhel, in the town of Atman, and in Tal Shihab.<\/p>\n In Homs <\/span>countryside, a military source told SANA that the authorities, in cooperation with the locals, discovered a terrorists’ hideout in Talkalakh.
