de la situation des personnes recherch\u00e9s, civils et militaires, dont les mains ne sont pas entach\u00e9es de sang s\u2019est poursuivi dans la salle Amel \u00e0 Deir Ezzor et les deux localit\u00e9s de Sabkhah \u00e0 Raqqa et Maskanah \u00e0 Alep.<\/p>\n<p>Le correspondant de SANA \u00e0 Deir Ezzor a fait savoir qu\u2019environ 30 000 civils recherch\u00e9s, d\u00e9serteurs militaires et personnes qui ont \u00e9chapp\u00e9 au service militaire avaient rejoint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent le processus de r\u00e9gularisation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans des d\u00e9clarations au correspondant, un certain nombre de cheikhs et de dignitaires des tribus ont fait noter que cette r\u00e9gularisation de la situation est in\u00e9dite de par sa globalit\u00e9 et son effet positif sur la consolidation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un certain nombre de personnes dont la situation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gularis\u00e9e ont mis en exergue sur les proc\u00e9dures qui avaient eu
