r\u00e9gularisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert aujourd\u2019hui dans la ville de Deir Hafer dans la banlieue est d\u2019Alep pour recevoir et r\u00e9gulariser les situations des personnes recherch\u00e9es de civils et militaires en vertu du d\u00e9cret d\u2019amnistie, au milieu de grand afflux de citoyens et d\u2019habitants souhaitant de r\u00e9gulariser leurs situations et retourner \u00e0 pratiquer leur vie normale dans leurs villages.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l\u2019ouverture du centre, une tente de patrie a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans laquelle se sont r\u00e9unis les dignitaires et les notables des tribus arabes et les habitants de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Le chef du conseil municipal de Deir Hafer, Othman Al-Mustafa, a soulign\u00e9 dans son allocution que le centre de r\u00e9gularisation aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 Deir Hafer intervient dans le cadre du d\u00e9cret d\u2019amnistie promulgu\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident Bachar al-Assad et des efforts de l\u2019\u00c9tat syrien et en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 des citoyens de r\u00e9gulariser \u00a0leurs situations \u00a0et de retourner \u00e0 la patrie , appelant les notables des tribus \u00e0 connecter avec leurs fils afin de les exhorter \u00e0 retourner dans leurs r\u00e9gions et de contribuer \u00e0 la reconstruction de leur pays.<\/p>\n<p>Un certain nombre de personnes qui avaient afflu\u00e9 au centre de r\u00e9gularisation et r\u00e9gularis\u00e9 leurs situations, ont exprim\u00e9 leur satisfaction quant aux proc\u00e9dures et facilit\u00e9s mises en place pour qu\u2019elles retournent \u00e0 leur vie normale.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, le centre de la r\u00e9gularisation \u00e0 Maskanah dans la banlieue orientale, a connu un afflux remarquable de personnes englob\u00e9es dans le processus de
