l\u2019Association des amis de la musique \u00e0 Tartous et l\u2019Orchestre des jeunes de la ville de Venise appartenant \u00e0 l&#8217;Association des Amis \u00e0 Mestre, ont sign\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui un accord de jumelage et de fraternisation dans le but de d\u00e9velopper les liens fraternels et la coop\u00e9ration par la vid\u00e9o conf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord, qui pr\u00e9voit le d\u00e9ploiement des efforts pour d\u00e9velopper les relations entre les deux parties dans les deux domaines technique et intellectuel et l\u2019\u00e9change des visites, des concerts, des exp\u00e9riences et des connaissances li\u00e9es \u00e0 la Musique, \u00e0 l\u2019Art, \u00e0 la culture, est consid\u00e8re comme un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent artistique et humanitaire mondial, et une preuve de la capacit\u00e9 de la musique, de l&#8217;art d\u2019unir les peuples.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9claration qu\u2019elle a donn\u00e9 au correspondant de SANA, Maestro Bicher Issa, chef de choral \u00ab Orjwan \u00bb et chef de l&#8217;Association des amis de la musique \u00e0 Tartous, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab La signature de l&#8217;accord est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement musical et un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dans le monde, notamment qu\u2019il est entre un choral et un orchestre, et son objectif est d&#8217;\u00e9tendre les racines de l&#8217;amiti\u00e9, de la
