Al-Halaqi congratulates al-Abadi on being charged with forming Iraqi government

Prime Minister Wael al-Halaqi sent a letter to Haider al-Abadi congratulating him on being charged with
forming the new Iraqi government.

Al-Halaqi wished al-Abadi success in managing his tasks in a way that serves the best interests of
Iraq.

He also wished more progress and prosperity in relations between the two countries.
