Syria women U-16 basketball team crowned hero of West Asia championship

Damascus, SANA-Syria women U-16 basketball team was crowned hero of West Asia championship after beating Lebanon 57/49 in the final match held on Tuesday at al-Faihaa sports city in Damascus.

The Syrian team also beat Iraq on Sunday 60/42. Lebanon beat Iraq 69/42 and came second.
