Damascus, SANA – District Administrator of Herak township in Daraa, Maj. Ghaidaq Iskandar, was martyred while he was performing his duty of inspecting the polling stations in al-Herak town.
The Interior Ministry said in a statement that terrorists have targeted with machinegun fire a car transporting Maj. Iskandar while he was on al-Herak road in Daraa eastern countryside.
