Syrian cartoonist Yousef wins First Prize of International Oscar Festival, Croatia

Damascus, SANA – Syrian cartoonist  Murhaf Yousef won the first prize in the 12nd International Oscar Festival in Croatia.

Yousef cartoon portrays the worse distribution of resources among the peoples.

More than 220 cartoonists from 49 countries took part in the Festival.
