Damascus, SANA, Activities of the 1st Festival of literature and Poetry for Youth started on Monday with participation of 26 young poets at Damascus Opera House .

The poems and prose of the participating young poets raised their aspirations as the pieces of poems delivered touched upon various national, social and humanitarian issues.

The Festival continues its activities on Tuesday evening with participation of a new group of poets.
