Damascus, SANA- 16 new coronavirus cases and 35 recoveries were recorded in Syria on Tuesday, according to the Health Ministry.

A statement by the Ministry showed that the total number of the coronavirus cases detected in Syria has reached up to 57,114, of which 53,644 have recovered while 3,163 have passed away.

13 coronavirus cases and 42 recoveries were recorded in Syria.
