Syria U-20 football team ties with Iraq, goes out of AFC tournament

Tashkent, SANA-Syria U-20 National Football team tied with Iraq counterpart 1-1 in the third and last round of AFC tournament.

The Syrian team went out of the championship having the forth place in group A with one point.

The team lost 0-2 to Uzbekistan and to Indonesia 0-1 in the previous rounds.

The first forth teams in the tournament will directly go to the world cup finals to be held in Indonesia next May.
