Moocow, SANA- Presidents Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping affirmed their countries’ support to Syria’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.
“Russia and China support Syria’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and the two countries contribute to boosting a comprehensive, political settlement process led by the Syrians themselves,” The Russian and Chinese Presidents said in a joint statement posted by the Kremlin following their meeting today.
On the Russian-Chinese relations, the statement said that the comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation reached their highest level in history and they are going ahead steadily.
