Presidential Decree to Form a Committee of Experts to Draft the Constitutional Declaration

Damascus, SANA-President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmad al-Sharaa decided to form a committee of experts that undertake the task of drafting the constitutional declaration that regulates the transitional phase in country.

This came based on the aspirations of the Syrian people to build their state on the basis of the rule of law and based on the outcomes of the Syrian National Dialogue Conference, and with the aim of preparing the legal framework regulating the transitional phase.
