Britain lifts sanctions on 24 Syrian entities, including the Central Bank

London, SANA- British government announced Thursday, that it has removed 24 Syrian entities, including the Central Bank, from the list of sanctions subject to asset freezes.

The British government confirmed, according to Reuters, that “the entities removed from the sanctions list are no longer subject to an asset freeze.”
